DIORA Resort is a hospitality and property development startup in the Philippines, not an established income-generating DIORA resort. Investment involves significant risk, including total loss and limited or no liquidity.
Acquisition, financing, development timelines, valuations, ownership and investment performance are uncertain and are not guaranteed.
Some October 2025 quotations contain a minimum five-year capital commitment if the project proceeds. It applies only where validly agreed and enforceable. Other quotations contain different terms, including different refund provisions. Your own agreement and applicable law determine your rights.
A five-year commitment does not itself promise repayment, an available buyer or a withdrawal right after five years. This notice does not amend an existing agreement or remove contractual or mandatory legal rights.
